RE-KTT TRANSFER OF THE SUM OF $8,000,000.00 INHERITANCE ESTATE OF LATE MR. KABILA ZARIAH MAMADOU.

I write confirming the receipt of your message with regards to the inheritance deposit estate of our late customer Mr. Kabila Zariah Mamadou. We wish to confirm that the inheritance sum was deposited with our bank as fixed deposit and Ms. Cynthia Mamadou indicated as the inheritor. Mr. Kabila Zariah Mamadou left a written instruction that the funds were to be transferred to a foreigner who is the appointed custodian to his daughter within the international transfer laws of our country.
In line with the above, I wish to state that the Foreign Remittance Department of our bank has taken a formal notice of your request and would considered in the next meeting.

However, on behalf of this establishment, I sincerely commiserate with you on the death of Mr. Kabila Zariah Mamadou who according to Ms Cynthia Mamadou, was your business partner.
As a matter of procedures and in line with our banking regulations, you are requested to forward the following documents to enable us process the release of the said deposit to you. They include:

1) A COPY OF YOUR INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT OR DRIVERS LISENCE
2) CERTIFICATES OF THE SAID DEPOSIT

Note that upon receipt of the above documents, we shall make necessary banking verifications and vetting and if every thing is found in accordance, the fund will be approved for release to you as the beneficiary.
