I called the bank today using the number I got from the BIAO website (http://www.biao.co.ci). I spoke to the Director General, Mr. xxxxxx xxxxxx at (225) 20-20-xx-xx and after a search of personnel records he informed me that they had never heard of you and you are not currently nor have you ever been an employee at BIAO-CI or any of its branches or affiliates.
It appears that you are perhaps trying to defraud both me and Miss Cynthia Mamadou and as her current legal guarding I feel responsible to protect both her well being and her assets.
Before I even entertain the idea of proceeding with this venture with you I demand a thorough and detailed explanation of what this discrepancy is all about.
